Warming temperatures and longer days can only mean one thing- Spring is here in the Teton Valley! With plenty to do and abundant beautiful days spring is one of our favorite seasons at the Fin & Feather Inn.
Soft snow and warm temps make spring the perfect time to hit the slopes. Nearby resorts Jackson Hole will be open until April 3, Grand Targhee until April 17 with plenty of events to celebrate the season.
Resort Events – From March 20 to April 17 Grand Targhee is throwing is 5th annual Spring Break Away celebration. This month long festival includes open mic nights, a big air competition, throwback sick trick competition, banked slalom, annual cardboard box derby, the pond skim, and the Crazy Horse Snowmobile Hillclimb. Live Music – For the month of March, Jackson Hole has booked over 31 bands to perform including country stars The Zac Brown Band, rock legends The Chris Robinson Brotherhood (members of the Black Crows) and soul sensation Nathaniel Rateliff. Grand Targhee’s and the town of Victor’s spring event calendar is also full of plenty of music. Bluegrass legends Leftover Salmon hit Victor’s Knotty Pine for a two night run on March 23, 24.

Fly Fishing – When the temps heat up, the water starts running and the bugs start hatching making for some prime fishing opportunities on the nearby Teton and Snake Rivers.
